What We Do Best
 

We were founded back in 2013
with the mission to be a place where anyone can come,
get fit and feel healthy. Our holistic approach to fitness
sets us apart from any other Fitness Studio based in the area.
We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of
all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and
redefine what a clean-cut Fitness Studio can be.
Since showing up can be the hardest part,
we strive to make sure that everything else is taken care of by us.

Although we do not claim to fix joint pain, many of our
clients report having alleviated joint pain after working
with us. This is because we use a systematic flexibility improvement plan that helps relieve muscle tightness. Muscle tightness often interferes with joint overall health because of the excess stress put on the joints by muscle stiffness (tightness).

Sports specific training - Sport-specific training is fitness and performance training designed specifically
for athletic performance enhancement!


Strength training - Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance.

Aerobic training Aerobic exercise is physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process. Aerobic can mean "with oxygen". Exercise that can be performed at a low enough intensity
where oxygen is optimally utilized to meet energy demands.

How Do I Start? Reach out to us! Once we can get a better understanding of your wants and needs we can connect you with a fitness Pro that's right for you.

Are There any Guest Passes? Although this facility is equipped specifically for 1:1 fitness training, client's may bring a guest that's interested in checking out the facility and style of training. Guest's must sign a waiver.

How Is Parking? Client's have access to clean and convenient, free garage parking right next to the facility. Parking comes with a 120 minute limit.

Where Are You Located? We are in Mountlake Terrace. Located minutes from I5 and HWY99. We're right on the bus line and almost in walking distance to the Park & Ride and Light Rail. 23601 56th Ave W STE 700, Mountlake Terrace WA, 98043
